What is Pressure Washing?

Equipment used in power washing includes a power washer, a pressure washer or a high-pressure water jet. The power washer consists of a pump, a motor, and a hose with a nozzle. The pressure washer generates water pressure of up to 4000 PSI (pounds per square inch) and water flow rates of up to 4 GPM (gallons per minute) which is high enough to clean tough stains, grime and dirt from surfaces. The nozzle is adjustable to control the pressure and width of the water stream.

How Often Should I Pressure Wash?

The frequency of power washing will depend on the type of surface, the amount of traffic and usage, the weather conditions, and the level of dirt and grime buildup.

For example, a heavily used commercial parking lot may need to be power washed every 3-6 months, while a residential driveway may only need to be power washed once a year. A building exterior may need to be washed every 1-5 years.

Obviously with all the snow on the ground, that didn't happen and we didn't expect it to.     They painted our backyard basketball court and it ended up looking better than we could have imagined.  Great pricing, great service and really worked around our schedule.
